Located in West Moonah, just 10 - 15 minutes from the Hobart CBD. The vacancy is located within the house, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property has level access from the rear, as well as an accessible garden and shed. The property is also within close distance of a number of shopping centres and amenities.

Current residents:
Three male residents (early 50s to early 60s) currently live at the property.

Two residents live in the house and are very socially active - they both enjoy getting out and about in the community, and are very involved with the arts. One of them has a pet budgie that also resides in the house. The third resident lives in a bedsit located on the property, enjoys watching movie and spends time in the main house with the other residents.
